Our standard gala format is a 5-hour dockside takeover on Xclusive 15 or Stardom, red-carpet arrival from 6:30pm with step-and-repeat, welcome drinks across the decks, plated four-course dinner in the main saloon, awards or auction on stage with full AV, then a headline DJ to close.
Stage, podium, screens, lighting, plated multi-course menus, trophy and award presentation setup, MC, live entertainment, photography, videography and live streaming are all in-house. Sponsor branding can wrap the yacht, the decks and the on-screen content for the night.

When cruising offshore, full DJ sets and live entertainment are permitted at event-level volume. Dockside has moderated volume after 23:00 by marina policy.
Yes. Daytime and sunset bookings can include swim stops at private coves, with paddleboards, jet skis and snorkelling available on request.
Many family celebrations include a kids' menu, a kids-only entertainment zone with babysitters, and earlier daytime cruises that suit younger guests.
Of course. Outside cakes, specialty cocktails and personal entertainers are welcome, we coordinate access, timing and presentation as part of the run sheet.
A 50% deposit secures the date. The balance is due seven days before the event. We accept bank transfer, card payment and split-pay arrangements between family members.
