Why guests remember conferences & seminars on the water
Half-day and full-day conferences on a yacht trade the windowless hotel ballroom for floor-to-ceiling glass, sea air and a venue your delegates actually want to attend. The main saloon configures to theatre, classroom or boardroom, with break-out zones on the upper decks.
A typical agenda runs registration and breakfast from 8:30am, two morning plenary sessions with break, plated lunch on the move, two afternoon workshops with sea-air breaks, then optional sunset networking on the top deck. Projector, screens, microphones, on-board Wi-Fi and a printed run-of-show are included.
Our event producer briefs your speakers on cues and timings, runs cue-to-cue with the AV crew, and keeps the agenda on track. Delegate transport, accommodation and a recap film can be added.
