How we deliver lighting, sound & av on a yacht in Dubai
Every event we produce sits on a layer of lighting and AV. Done well it is invisible, the room glows, the speaker is heard clearly from every seat, the brand video lands sharply on a hero screen, the dance floor moves. Done badly it ruins photographs and loses the crowd. Our in-house technical team designs, supplies and operates the AV for every yacht event we run.
Standard production includes a line-array PA scaled to the yacht and headcount, wireless mics for the host and speakers, in-ear or floor monitors for live acts, a lighting rig with uplighting, pin-spots, moving heads and haze, plus an LED screen for content. For product launches, brand activations and gala dinners we scale up to full stage builds with truss, custom-shaped LED, projection mapping onto the saloon walls or the yacht's superstructure, and a fully crewed control position.
A technical director walks the yacht with you in pre-production, builds the technical schedule, runs rehearsal on the day and operates the show. You see one quote and one team, not three vendors arguing on the dock.

Yes. We build stages and LED walls onboard regularly for product launches and gala dinners. Our technical director scopes the rig against the yacht's deck plan and load points before quoting.
Yes. The PA is scaled to the deck plan with fill speakers on each level. We tune the system on the day of the event before guests arrive.
Yes. We project onto the saloon walls, the bridge and the hull for hero moments, most often for brand reveals and milestone celebrations.
Yes. Every AV booking includes a technical director, lighting operator and sound engineer on site. For larger productions we add a stage manager and runners.
A core production (PA, mics, uplighting, dance-floor lighting) starts from AED 8,500. Full stage builds with LED, projection and crew are quoted to the brief.
