Most yacht events in Dubai are stitched together from five or six outside vendors, caterer, florist, DJ, AV company, photographer, decorator, each with their own quote, contract and contact on the day. We run all of it in-house. One technical director, one event manager, one production schedule. Below is the full menu of what sits inside our orchestrated packages.

No. Every yacht can be booked venue-only if you have a preferred caterer, florist or planner. Full production is offered when you want one team handling every element from brief to on-the-day delivery.
Yes, external suppliers are welcome on venue-only bookings. On full-production bookings we typically deliver these in-house for a single point of accountability, but named suppliers can be integrated on request.
Production is quoted bespoke against your brief — guest count, format, menu tier, floral scale, entertainment and AV requirements. You receive one itemised proposal covering the yacht and every production element together.
A dedicated event producer and technical director are on site from setup to close, running cue-to-cue with the crew, catering team and entertainment so the timeline holds without you managing suppliers.
Yes. Our largest yachts, Xclusive 15 and Xclusive 45, are built for 300-guest static events with full staging, line-array sound, lighting, plated dining and full entertainment production.
