Venue Only is exclusive use of the yacht with captain, crew, fuel and cruise route — you supply catering, styling and entertainment. Venue + Full Event adds our in-house planner, catering, florals, DJ, lighting and photography under one production schedule.
A 50% deposit secures your chosen date and yacht. The balance is due seven days before the event. We accept bank transfer, card, corporate invoicing and major cryptocurrencies (BTC, ETH, USDT, USDC).
Yes. Every package includes exclusive use of the yacht, a professional captain, full crew, fuel and marina fees on the standard cruise route. No hidden add-ons for the core sailing service.
Yes. Every Full Event booking is quoted bespoke — menus, floral scale, entertainment format, staging and photography are all tailored to your brief, guest count and yacht.
Cancellation fee retention policy: 50% of the booking value is retained up to 48 hours prior to the charter time and date. 100% of booking value is retained within 24 hours of the booking time and date.
Peak weekends (October to April) book 8 to 16 weeks ahead. Off-peak dates can often be confirmed within 2 to 4 weeks. Full-production events benefit from at least 6 weeks' lead time for design and staging.
