We host corporate events from 10-guest boardroom retreats through to 300-guest dockside gala dinners. Standard formats include sunset networking on Encore (60 to 90 guests), product launches on Stardom (120 to 150 guests with stage and LED reveal), and large gala dinners on Xclusive 15 (200 to 300 guests static at the marina). Every booking comes with stage, AV, screens, branded signage, plated or canapé dining and a dedicated event producer.
Procurement is straightforward, we invoice as Xclusive Boats Charter LLC with VAT, PO acceptance and 50/50 payment terms, or net terms by arrangement. NDAs, vendor onboarding and security clearances are handled in advance so the event itself runs to plan.
