We run private dining from intimate dinners for two on Encore through to seated banquets of 100 on Stardom. Cuisines span Arabic and Levantine, Mediterranean, modern European, pan-Asian and Japanese, with bespoke tasting menus designed by our culinary director and finished tableside by your chef.
Pre-event tastings at our marina galley are available for plated and canapé menus before you confirm. Sommelier-led wine pairings, special-occasion cakes, live music on the deck and a curated cruise route past the Burj Al Arab round out the evening.

The questions we hear most often from clients planning a private dining on the water in Dubai.
When cruising offshore, full DJ sets and live entertainment are permitted at event-level volume. Dockside has moderated volume after 23:00 by marina policy.
Yes. Daytime and sunset bookings can include swim stops at private coves, with paddleboards, jet skis and snorkelling available on request.
Many family celebrations include a kids' menu, a kids-only entertainment zone with babysitters, and earlier daytime cruises that suit younger guests.
Of course. Outside cakes, specialty cocktails and personal entertainers are welcome, we coordinate access, timing and presentation as part of the run sheet.
A 50% deposit secures the date. The balance is due seven days before the event. We accept bank transfer, card payment and split-pay arrangements between family members.
