Our fleet hosts from 10 guests on intimate boutique yachts up to 300 guests static on Xclusive 15 or Xclusive 45. We match the yacht to the format and headcount, with multiple decks for cocktails, dining and dancing, at-sea capacity is lower due to safety regulations.
Yes. We offer plated fine dining, canapé receptions, BBQs, sharing menus, breakfast and coffee breaks. Cuisine spans Arabic, Mediterranean, Asian and Western, with bespoke menus designed by our private chefs. Venue-only bookings can bring an external caterer.
Boarding is from Dubai Marina or Palm Jumeirah. Both marinas have ample paid parking adjacent to the berths. Step-free access can be arranged on most yachts, please mention any mobility requirements when enquiring.
Absolutely. Our in-house team handles florals, balloon installations, drapery, themed styling, stage builds, signage, lighting and branded wraps. You can also bring your own decorator.
DJs, saxophonists, violinists, live bands, percussionists, MCs, dancers, fire performers and more. We also coordinate AV, screens, microphones and lighting for product launches, awards and conferences.
Standard slots are morning (10am, 2pm), afternoon (2pm, 6pm), sunset (5pm, 9pm) and evening (8pm, midnight). Extensions and full-day takeovers are available. Static dockside formats can run later.
Alcohol is permitted on board for private charters when cruising offshore. We hold the licences and run a full bar service, or you can bring your own. We follow UAE regulations at all marina berths.
Submit an enquiry, we send a proposal within 1 hour. A 50% deposit secures the date. The balance is due seven days before the event. We accept bank transfer, card payment, corporate invoicing and cryptocurrency payments including Bitcoin (BTC), Ethereum (ETH), Tether (USDT) and USD Coin (USDC).
Cancellation fee retention policy
50% of the booking value retained up to 48hrs prior to the charter time and date.
100% of booking value retained within 24hrs of the booking time and date.
Yes. Many events run dockside without cruising, ideal for networking nights, product launches and longer-format evenings where guests come and go. Cruising routes pass Burj Al Arab, Atlantis and the Palm.
