We host company parties from 50-person team dinners on Encore through to 300-person dockside takeovers on Xclusive 15 with a full stage, LED screens, awards moments and a headline DJ. Formats include plated three-course dinners, BBQ-and-sky-deck takeovers, or canapé-and-dancing receptions.
Branded styling, signage, step-and-repeat, awards production, photography and a same-week recap reel for the internal newsletter come as standard. Our team manages guest list, dietary requirements and on-the-day flow so HR can actually enjoy the night.

The questions we hear most often from clients planning a company parties on the water in Dubai.
When cruising offshore, full DJ sets and live entertainment are permitted at event-level volume. Dockside has moderated volume after 23:00 by marina policy.
Yes. Daytime and sunset bookings can include swim stops at private coves, with paddleboards, jet skis and snorkelling available on request.
Many family celebrations include a kids' menu, a kids-only entertainment zone with babysitters, and earlier daytime cruises that suit younger guests.
Of course. Outside cakes, specialty cocktails and personal entertainers are welcome, we coordinate access, timing and presentation as part of the run sheet.
A 50% deposit secures the date. The balance is due seven days before the event. We accept bank transfer, card payment and split-pay arrangements between family members.
